These terms cover this website and the games and apps published by Australia’s Computer Techs Pty Ltd (ACN 141 412 777).

Our apps

Our apps are licensed to you through the App Store under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless an app says otherwise. Your use of the App Store is also covered by Apple’s terms.

Purchases

In-app purchases are sold and processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore Purchases in each app brings back anything you have bought.

Practice money and in-game currency

Chips, coins, cash and other in-game items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes. BlackJack Mate and Stockmarket Guru use practice money only: they offer no real-money gambling or trading, and nothing in them is financial advice.

Fair play

Please use our apps and this website lawfully and do not try to interfere with them or with other players’ enjoyment.

Content

The games, art, music, text and other content on this website and in our apps belong to Australia’s Computer Techs Pty Ltd or its licensors. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.

Liability

We work hard to make our apps reliable, but they are provided as they are. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
